It is critical that all devices managed from one central platform using one Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions making it easy to use as well as improving its security and reliability. They also wanted to minimize and reduce the possibility of the premise’s internal data and information leakage the public. Overall the company wanted to keep communication within premises only, ensuring compliances are met while maintaining easy setup, provision and centrally managed with the correct restrictions and permission.
The Solution:
The company has been a Knox customer since 2016. Knox has proven to improve the company’s business-critical mobility service. The company is also using the platform to manage the permission and restrictions, protect company-owned data, provisioning the device with location services for device tracking as well as utilizes Mobile Device Management (MDM) to block and prevent all communications to be made outside their premises.
The Result:
Knox allows the company to manage multiple devices from a centralized platform. The platform not only able to know where the devices are located, but it also managed to extract the devices information as well as the users. Knox also enables the company to carry out their daily operations without the risk of having their security and confidentiality being compromised.
