Samsung latest displays launched at ISE 2020

Samsung Electronics is moving the market a further move ahead with the introduction of QLED 8K SMART displays, modern The Wall application and the digital flipchart of the new-and-improved Samsung Flip 2. It will be launched by Samsung at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) in first half of 2020.

QLED 8K SMART Signage.

The world’s first 8K display is capable to operate 24/7 service. This new feature of Samsung QLED enables to deliver the extraordinary quality of the photographs. Samsung QLED TVs are known for captivating image quality, HDR10 + technology and 100% colour saturation plus outstanding colour accuracy and a peak brightness of 2,000 nits. The new signage is designed for wall installation and is available in models 65-, 75-, 82- and 98-inch, ideal for a wide range of business needs.

Equipped with the AI Quantum Processor 8K, that has built-in 8K AI upscaling and deep-learning features that can automatically upgrade from non-8K content to true-to-life 8K resolution. Other features of this display include improved functionality for different sectors such as healthcare able to take advantages from true-to-life graphic clarity and detail of 8K. With DICOM simulation mode, the healthcare professionals can access medical grayscale images, comprises of X-rays and MRI, for non-diagnostic purposes.

The display also comes with Samsung’s powerful Tizen 5.5 operating system and supports connectivity with up to four different content sources all of which can be displayed simultaneously in 4K resolution, this designed for a wide range of business use-cases where multi-screens are required. The new QLED 8K signage is also integrated with Samsung’s newly comprehensive signage software solution, Magic INFO 8, which allows providing an all-in-one solution for organizations of any scale.

Samsung Flip 2: Teamwork Simplified.

It is an intuitive and user-friendly interactive flipchart with almost infinite use across the business, educational, artistic, entertainment, and beyond. The updated display integrates all the most useful features of the original model, including improved design and functionalities that promote teamwork, communication and creative thinking.

Furthermore, it helps better collaboration with users in a different location, Samsung has collaborated for industry leader Cisco Webex, putting together the creative Webex Teams and Webex Roomkit Mini solution. For Webex on Flip, it will be demonstrated onsite at ISE 2020 that provides users with an enhanced interface with a full range of application as well as integrated with intuitive user experience, therefore enables users to easily transition between flipcharts, meetings, presentations and two-way whiteboarding.

Designed particularly for remote teamwork, Webex Teams allows users can participate from anywhere through the app to collaborate and whiteboard concurrently on their respective screens, enabling real-time communication irrespective of where teams are located.
